Let's get to know the district of Esenyurt briefly
Esenyurt is one of the rapidly developing districts of Istanbul on the European Side towards the west. It is Turkey's and Istanbul’s largest district in terms of population. By the end of 2020, its population has approached 1 million. It is the most preferred settlement of foreigners and expats compared to other districts of Istanbul. It resembles a metropolitan city with its high buildings and multicultural structure.
The district is in the middle of TEM and E-5 connection roads from the north and south. Again, there is Kucukcekmece lake to the east and Büyükçekmece lake to the west. It is approximately 5 km away the Channel Istanbul Project. Metrobus passes on the E5 highway. Under - construction Metro are being planned to pass through the main centers of the district as of 2023.
It is located at the western end of Istanbul's main and old settlements. Due to the fact that it is a newly established and rapidly developing city, real estate rents and purchase prices are more suitable than the places in the main center of Istanbul. Therefore, the region even continues to receive immigration from within Istanbul.
